ZeneSign is owned and operated by Virtual Zento LLC ("Virtual Zento", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ZeneSign platform, including related websites, applications, APIs, and services.

ZeneSign provides electronic signature services, document workflow management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

User Accounts

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ZeneSign shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
